Juanita Ivy

Juanita Ivy, 92, formerly of Oxford, died Monday, Aug. 10, 2015, in Willis, Michigan. Funeral services will be Saturday, at 11 a.m. at Hodges Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6-7 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

A retired cashier at Pershing High School-Detroit Public School System, she was a member of Messiah Missionary Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Penson Ivy.

She is survived by two daughters, Lois Johnson and Bobbie Byse; one sister, Marion Lewis; four granddaughters and nine great-grandchildren.
