Jo Corbin Spears, 85, of Grenada, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, in Grenada. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Garner-Harper Funeral Home in Grenada with interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Grenada. Visitation will be Sunday from noon until service time at Garner-Harper Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Yell County, Arkansas, she was a resident of Grenada for most of her life. She is survived by her son, Dr. Hubert Spears Jr., of Grenada and Oxford; brothers, Don Corbin of Dardanelle, Arkansas and Bob Corbin of Danville, Arkansas; sisters, Billie White of Grenada and Mary Ann Moudy of Danville, Arkansas; granddaughters Teresa and Hannah Spears of Oxford.
