Anne Evans Bagley of Oxford announced the engagement and upcoming marriage of her daughter, Elizabeth Lee Bagley of Oxford, to Guido Spotorno of Buenos Aires, Argentina, son of Ruben Spotorno and Stella Maris Sarasola de Spotorno, both of Buenos Aires.

The couple will exchange vows on Oct. 17, 2015 at St. John Catholic Church in Oxford.

The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Peter Joseph Bagley of Oxford and the granddaughter of the late Anne Evans Robinson of Columbus; the late William Claude Robinson of Columbus; the late Harold Edward Bagley of Waycross, Georgia, and Josephine Sciarrotta Bagley of Roswell, Georgia.

A 2006 Oxford High School graduate, she earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 2011. While at OHS, she was involved in theater, soccer and choir. While at Ole Miss, she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Honors College and Beta Alpha Psi and participated in Mock Trial.

She currently works at KPMG in Advisory Services in Portland, Oregon.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Antonio “Gigi” Spotorno and the late Eduviges Miraz de Spotorno, both of Buenos Aires; the late Rene Sarasola and the late Ema Scattolini de Sarasola, both of Bahia Blanca, Argentina.

He graduated in 1996 from Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, and in 2002 he graduated from Universidad Austral with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering. He earned his Masters of Economics in 2013 from Universidad del Cema. He is member of the Yacht Club Argentina and Station L Rowing Club in Portland. He is currently attending Universidad del Cema to earn his doctorate in economics.
