NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Josh Dewey Butler, IV, 132 days old, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015, in Nashville, Tennessee. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday at noon in the Belmont Heights Baptist Church.

He was born in Nashville on May 15, 2015, the son of former Oxford residents Josh Dewey Butler, III and Katie Butler.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents, Johnny and Patti Gandy; paternal grandmother, Wanda Butler; great-grandparents E.H. and Lucy Tomicich, Wayne and Shirley Cox and Velma Butler; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Monroe Carrol, Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, 2200 Children’s Way, Nashville, TN 37232.
