OXFORD — Marvin Glenn Howe, 73, died Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 4-6 p.m. at Waller Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Born in East Alton, Illinois, he was retired from the City of Oxford where he worked at the sewer life station in maintenance. He was very mechanically inclined. He had a love for Thomas Kincaid puzzles.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Willard Ray Howe Jr.
Survivors include his uncle, Vanis Wayne Chance and his wife, Betty of Lakeland, Florida; one niece and two nephews.
