The Pantry Board would like to offer sincere thanks to all of the community-spirited members of St. John’s Catholic Church who served 440 households, a total of 998 people, in the month of October.

Our many thanks and appreciation to Beta AlphaPsi-Ole Miss Professional Society. This group provided more than 150 hours working with St. John’s Church volunteers. Holmes Community College in Grenada had eight nursing school first-year students travel to Oxford to perform community service hours at the Pantry. Megan Wilson from Water Valley organized the group. Dollar Tree of Oxford collected donations for the Pantry and delivered 1,200 pounds of canned goods. West Springfield Baptist Church collected donations for the Pantry and delivered more than 1,000 pounds of canned goods.
