MEMPHIS, Tennessee — Madison Khloe Booker, 14 months, died Friday, Dec. 4, 2015, at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis. Funeral services will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at Mt. Peel Baptist Church in Laws Hill with pastor Rondias Cox officiating.

Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 10 a.m. until service time. Serenity-Martin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her mother, Nakiva Reynolds and father, Marlowe Booker; maternal grandmother, Mary Courtney and maternal grandfather, Jerrel Hardin; paternal grandmother, and stepgrandfather, Maxine Austin-Woods and Jerome Woods; paternal grandfather, Milton Booker; brothers, Keuntae and Martavious Booker; sisters, Kelara Reynolds and Jaevia Wilson; great-grandmother, Carrie Pryor, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and special cousin, Dezyre Reynolds.
