49.Approve 3 year loan of $99,430.00 from Hancock Bank with an interest rate of 1.64% for purchase of MSWIN radios for County Fire Department, as opposed to Regions Bank that was approved previously due to clerical error, and authorize Board President to sign necessary documents to perfect the loan.  (Sherry Wall)
