5. Public Hearing Case No. 2028 – Homestead Acquistions, LLC has filed a variance request from Section 98-112 (b) (2) to allow the 5 foot depth of the detention basin to be up to 10 feet in the ‘Helix’ multi-family development in Oxford Farms located on the proposed extension of Oxford Way/ CR 300 further identified as PPIN No.  7984.

Public Hearing Case No. 2029 – Homestead Acquistions, LLC has filed a request for a 3.5 foot fence height variance in the front yard from Section 126.04 in the Helix multi-family development in Oxford Farms located on the proposed extension of Oxford Way/ CR 300 further identified as PPIN No. 7984.

7. Public Hearing Case No. 2030 – Carpe Diem Holdings, LLC has filed a request for a special exception to allow a zero lot development in RB Two-Unit Residential zoning at 94 Thacker Heights Drive further identified as part of PPIN No. 17804.

8. Public Hearing Case No. 2031 Kenlan Development Oxford has filed a request for a 3.5-foot fence height variance in the front yard from Section 126.04 located of Sisk Avenue and Commonwealth Boulevard and further identified as PPIN No. 26631.

9. Public Hearing Case No. 2032 – R.J. Allen and Associates has filed a request for a variance from 34-22 (c) regulating tree preservations requirement in the Oxford Commons PUD further identified as PPIN No. 4958, 4503, 4502, 34959, 4712, 4707, 4721, 4705 & 4706.

10. Public Hearing Case No. 2036 – Kenlan Development – Oxford, LLC has filed a request for a variance from Section 98-112 (f) regulating regional detention to allow private ownership of a regional stormwater detention facility. PPIN No. 26631.
