Public Hearing Case No. 2037- Homestead Acquisitions, LLC has filed a variance request for a parking variance for property located on the proposed extension of Oxford Way/ CR 300 in the Oxford Farm development formerly known as Callicutt Farms, further identified as PPIN No.  7984. (Previously heard May 11, 2015 Case No.  1943)

Public Hearing Case No. 2028 – Homestead Acquisitions, LLC has filed a variance request from Section 98-112 (b) (2) to allow the 5 foot depth of the detention basin to be up to 10 feet in the ‘Helix’ multi-family development in Oxford Farms located on the proposed extension of Oxford Way/ CR 300, further identified as PPIN No.  7984.
