Mr. and Mrs. Harry H. Lott Jr. of Greenwood announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary ReNelda Lott, to James Joshua Matthews, son of Cherie and James R. Matthews of Oxford.

An August 2016 wedding is planned in St. George Island, Florida.

The bride-to-be graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is the operations manager at Charter Medical in Oxford.

The prospective groom attended Northwest Community College and the University of Mississippi and is the owner and operator of Matthews Landscape and Maintenance in Oxford.
