OXFORD — Jean Wilburn Dickey, 86, died Monday, March 28, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry King officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from noon until service time at Seven Oaks Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Huntsville, Alabama, she was a homemaker and member of Camp Ground Baptist Church in Water Valley. She loved taking care of her family, cooking, working in her yard and tending her flower and vegetable gardens.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister and four brothers.

She is survived by four sons, Jim Dickey, Ronnie Dickey and David Dickey, all of Water Valley, and Danny Dickey of Pearl; 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
