Oxford police investigators arrested Geramy Drummer, 19, of Rosedale on Friday for burglary after discovering stolen items in his apartment.

According to reports, on Friday, officers responded to the Oxford Square Apartments for a burglary report. Officers began talking to residents of the apartments when they allegedly spoke to individuals who were using narcotics in the living area of their home.

Officers secured the residence and after a search, all of the reported stolen property was recovered.

Drummer was arrested on scene and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $20,000 bond.
