MEMPHIS, Tennessee — Daniel Ray Perkins, 13, of Oxford, died Sunday, April 10, 2016, at Le Bonheur Children Medical Center in Memphis. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until service time at Wells Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

He was born on Dec. 1, 2002, to Dorothy Perkins Potts and Randy Cook in Memphis.

In addition to his parents, he leaves behind four brothers, Morgan Cook of Jackson, Aubrey Cook of Mendenhall, Landon Potts of Oxford and Chris Potts Jr., of Oxford; sister Sissy Potts Appleton of Batesville; grandmother Beverly Perkins of Oxford; and great-grandparents Allen and Dorothy Wright of Oxford.
