OXFORD — Lila Jo Goolsby, 64, died Thursday, April 14, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 3 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Lipe officiating. A private committal will follow at Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 p.m. until service time at Coleman Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Oxford, she was a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a master’s degree in early childhood education. Most recently she was a client associate with Wells Fargo Advisors. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Oxford and enjoyed cooking, singing, crafting and spending time with her family.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Crane.

She is survived by daughters Jennifer Benson of Madison and Casey Crane of Mississippi; sister Rita Goolsby Vasilyev of Oxford; and four grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be made to Baptist North Mississippi Hospice or the charity of the giver’s choice.
