OXFORD — Willie James Wallace Sr., 61, died Sunday, April 10, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Hodges Funeral Homes, which is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife Katherine Wallace of Oxford; children Cathy Turner, D’Andre Turner, Willie J. Wallace Jr. and Lakisha Campbell, all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; siblings Tommy Wallace and Belvia Shaw, both of Taylor, Andrew Wallace, Melvin Wallace, Dorothy Wallace, all of Peoria, Illinois, Bennie Williams, Oscar Williams, Johnny Williams, James Davis, Mary Hall and Lula Moore, all of Mississippi; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
