OXFORD — Michael Ozier Alexander, 55, died Sunday, April 24, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. A visitation for all friends and family will be held today from 5-7 p.m. at Waller Funeral Home.

Born in Memphis, Tennessee, he was an engineer for Olin Winchester Corporation. He enjoyed gardening and antique shopping. In his spare time, he restored small engines, studied genealogy and collected Chinese teapots. He was fond of watching Chinese movies and loved to eat the Chinese food that his wife, Jen, cooked.

Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, John W. Alexander Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Huizhen Cui “Jen Alexander” of Oxford; daughter, Xinyi Long of Oxford; father, John W. Alexander Sr. of Senatobia, and sister, Charlotte Alexander of Senatobia.
