Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi invites new and expectant parents to its Baby Fair on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the cafeteria conference room at the hospital at 2301 S. Lamar Blvd.

This annual event will feature door prizes, free refreshments, giveaways, education information and advice on pregnancy and newborn care from physicians, nurses, hospital staff, therapists and local vendors. Information on childbirth, breastfeeding, immunizations, child safety, child development and similar topics will be available, and hospital staff will lead tours of the labor and delivery unit.
