NEW ALBANY — Foresteen McWilliams, 71, died Thursday, May 19, 2016, at her residence in New Albany. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at New Birth Community Church with the Rev. Johnathan Tucker officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Serenity Simmons Funeral Home in New Albany, which is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Oxford, she was married to the late Junior “Seed” McWilliams.

She is survived by five children, Ronald McWilliams, Cassandra Triplett, Terry McWilliams and Stevie McWilliams, all of New Albany, and Paula Pippins McAllister of Tupelo; sister Bobbie Jean Marion of Oxford; 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
