OXFORD — Jerry Boyce McGregor, 72, died Sunday, May 29, 2016, at his residence in Oxford. Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at Parker Memorial Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Gary Richardson and Bro. Robert Earl Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Memorial Garden in Bruce. Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce is in charge of arrangements.

A retired mechanic from Rebel Inc. and former employee of Sentinel Security at Baptist Memorial Hospital, he served in the U.S. Army and was a member of North Oxford Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Clark McGregor of Oxford; daughters Cindy Ross of Oxford and Paula White of Zachary, Louisiana; brothers Gerald Wayne McGregor of Bruce and Tommy Gene McGregor of Pittsboro; and sister Nancy Clara Pernell of Pontotoc.
