ABBEVILLE – Melvin Gordon, 62, died Friday, May 27, 2016 at his residence in Abbeville. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Springfield MB Church in Abbeville with the Rev. Jerry Malone officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Clark-Williams Funeral Home in Grenada is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife Earnestine Gordon of Abbeville; daughters Melissa Gordon of Houston, Texas, Joanna Gordon of Abbeville and Crystal Gordon of Oxford; sons Anthony Gordon of Atlanta, Georgia, Melvin Grdon Jr. of Byhalia, and Kelly Gordon and Ronnie Gordon, both of Abbeville.
