MEMPHIS, Tennessee — Kenny “Cornbread” Thornburg, 53, of Oxford, died Friday, June 17, 2016, at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks. Burial will follow in the Pine Crest Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Water Valley. Visitation will be held this evening from 5-7 p.m. at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley.

He is survived by his wife Regina Thornburg of Water Valley; stepdaughters Jennifer Hall of Longtown and Michelle McCulloch of Sarah; stepsons Dale Lamb of Longtown and Daniel Lamb Jr. of Crenshaw; sisters Lisa McCool of Southaven and Debra Corder of Roscoe, Illinois; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
