The Oxford Police Department arrested a man Wednesday for an incident from October 2015 where Jared Foster allegedly stole $13,000 worth of goods from Mr. Feathers Honky Tonk on Thacker Loop. Foster was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $2,500 bond.
