A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 17, 2016, at 2 p.m. in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. He is survived by sons, Ray Toma of Oxford and Stefan Toma of Montreal, Canada; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
