For the first time, the Oxford Film Festival will hold a fundraiser in an attempt to get more Ole Miss students involved in the annual film festival.

Oxford Film Festival’s rave, “The Show Must Glow On,” will be held Friday, Sept. 9 from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at The Powerhouse. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.

Early bird deadline today

The early bird deadline to submit a film for the annual Oxford Film Festival 2017 is today.

There are new categories this year, including:

•LGBT

•Music Documentary

•Experimental

The 14th annual Oxford Film Festival is scheduled for Feb. 15-19, 2017.
