Frank “Tim” Timothy Sullivan, 95, passed away Sept. 6, 2016 at his residence. He was born Aug. 21, 1921 in Bogalusa, LA to Willard M. Scott and Ruby Chennault Scott. He was a member of LSU-SAE Fraternity, Duplicate and Regular Bridge clubs and was an actor with the New Albany Little Theatre. He was a Methodist. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII and the Korean War.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016 at United Funeral Service with the Rev. Billy Owen officiating. Burial will be at New Albany Cemetery. United Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Frances Pickens Sullivan; one daughter, Anne Sullivan Huels (Mark) of Southaven; two daughters-in-law, Linda Sullivan and Betty Sullivan Johnson; one son, Timothy Sean Sullivan (Linda) of Oxford; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Betsy Lynn Sullivan; and one son, Barry Stephen Sullivan.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016 at the funeral home.

In honor of Mr. Sullivan’s service to his country, United Funeral Service will fly the U.S. Army flag during his visitation and service.

In Lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
