An Oxford man was arrested Sept. 2 for driving under the influence for the third time.

According to the Oxford Police Department, Jason Daughdrill, 32, was pulled over on Friday for careless driving and driving without headlights when it was determined he was allegedly under the influence. Since it was his third DUI, Daughdrill was charged with felony DUI and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $2,500 bond.
