OXFORD — James Randall “Randy” Houston died Sept. 28, 2016, at his home near Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Pine Bluff Church of Christ cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 5-7 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

A retired Senior Chief Petty Officer with the U.S. Navy, he is survived by his wife, Margaret Ellen Houston; sons, James Kevin Houston and Kenneth Eugene Houston; daughter, Kelly Marie Whitten and father, James Aaron Houston, all of Oxford.
