Travis W. Tutor, 54, died in the early morning hours of Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford.

A memorial service was help Sunday in the Martin Willingham Memorial Church of Wells Funeral Home.

Born Aug. 2, 1952 in Marks to the late Herman and Maurice McGregory Tutor, he worked in construction before becoming disabled.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Dennis Tutor.

He is survived by his three children, Courtney Lynette Burnworth of Batesville, Rachel Tutor of Ohio and Randall Tutor of Courtland; two sisters, Wanda Tutor Stevens of Tupelo and Shelia Tutor of Sardis; four brothers, Terry Tutor of Batesville, Ronnie Tutor of Batesville, Randall Tutor of Como and Troy Tutor of Crowder.
