OXFORD — Sandra Baker Liles, 64, died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. The funeral service will be Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016, at 12 p.m. at Yellow Leaf Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry East officiating.

Burial will follow in Yellow Leaf Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. until time for the service at the church.

Born to the late John Floyd and Martha Reeves Baker, Sandra was a member of Yellow Leaf Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. During her school age years at Calhoun City High School she was in the Glee Club, Officer for the Y team, played on the Basketball team, a football cheerleader, member of the Language Club, Jr. Play FHA, Beta Club, C-club, ran track and sang in a Sextet. She was active in the Ole Miss Ladies’ Football Forum. Sandra had a great love for her family and found great enjoyment in spending time with her children and grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Robert Baker.

Survivors include her husband, Williams Paul Liles Sr. of Oxford, MS; a daughter, Kimberley Liles Province of Como; a son, William Paul Liles Jr. and his wife Raquel Burgos of Oxford; seven grandchildren, William Paul Liles III, Eli Gordon Liles, Margaret Blake Province, Marileigh Liles Frye, Brandon Reese Province, Benjamin Conner Liles, and Allyanne Grace Vanlandingham and one great-grandchild, Bentley Alan Frye.
