October is almost half over so many want to know: When does the time change?

Fall back is how we describe the end of Daylight Saving Time but it is not yet time to fall back 2016.

We don’t turn our clocks back this year until Sunday, November 6, 2016 at 2 a.m.

If that seems late in the fall it is because previously we used to change our clocks in October.

But Congress changed all that in 2007 when the end of Daylight Saving Time was moved to the first Sunday in November.

The beginning of Daylight Saving Time now starts in March.
