A Lafayette County woman is facing felony drug charges after being pulled over by a Lafayette County deputy Wednesday.

According to reports, the deputy pulled over a vehicle on Highway 6 near Denmark and after speaking to the driver, Jennifer Sheppard, the deputy determined she was impaired and driving under the influence of drugs. After she was arrested, the deputy discovered methamphetamine and cocaine in the vehicle.

She was charged with driving on a suspended license, DUI other and possession of meth and cocaine with intent to sell and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where is awaiting her first appearance bond hearing this morning.
