OXFORD — Earnest D. Joiner, 69, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, at Oxford Health and Rehab Center in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at Harrisonville M.B. Church, Highway 6 West. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-6 p.m. at Serenity-Martin Funeral Home in Oxford, which is in charge of arrangements.
