The Oxford Police Department arrested a man on Thursday for a robbery that took place Oct. 21 on Anderson Road.

OPD investigators charged Anthony Wilson, 42, with one count of armed robbery and robbery after he allegedly asked for a ride to Anderson Road and once there presented a firearm and took clothing and food from the victim.

The victim was not injured in the incident.

Anderson was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked and bond set at $25,000.
