The EAGLE received a report from Salena Henderson on Monday about a small round white table and two white chairs that were stolen from the gravesite of her son, Austin Henderson, in Tula Cemetery.

“I can’t believe they would steal from a gravesite,” Salena said in an email. “But whoever did it, is cold-hearted. We put that there for family and friends to sit when they come out (to the site).”

The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department confirmed the report of the missing items.
