LAFAYETTE COUNTY — Amanda Kaye Taylor, 26, died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016, in Lafayette County. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Grace Bible Church in Oxford with burial in the Paris Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to service time at the church. Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She served in the U.S. National Guard as a private first class with a tour of duty in Iraq in 2011.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Hatfield.

She is survived by her husband, James Clay Taylor of Oxford; children Andrew Harris and Alexandria Lorene Taylor; step-children Neil Taylor and Cami Taylor, both of Water Valley; mother Shelia Matthews Blakely of Flowood; sisters Misty Matthews and Haley Baker; two step-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
