OXFORD — William Knox Ragland, 83, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, in Oxford. Visitation will be held on Sunday at 3 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 4 p.m. at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc, which is in charge of arrangements.
