In their attempt to “Keep Oxford Smiling,” Lee Family & Cosmetic Dentistry will be offering a free dentistry day on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at their Oxford location.

The day-long event is an opportunity for residents of the LOU community who are in need to receive free dental care, if they are willing to stand in line. No appointments will be taken.

“Just show up and wait your turn,” said Corey Ussery of Lee Family Dentistry. “It will be first come, first serve and we will see as many patients as we can see until 3 p.m.”

Patients will be allowed to choose between a free cleaning, free filling or a free extraction.

Preston Hugh Lee III, DDS, Jennifer G. Romero, DMS, and Hugh M. Monteith III, DDS, are offering this service as a means to give back to the community.

“Lee Dentistry is out to change lives by offering free dental care to those in need, and this is our way to give back to the community,” Ussery said. “We want to treat those who need dental care but do not have dental insurance or do not have the means to pay for it. Our main goal is to get children and adults out of pain.”

Lee Family Dentistry is located just past the hospital on South Lamar in the old Super D building.

Registration will begin at 8 a.m. with patients receiving a number. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
