MEMPHIS, Tennessee — Lucile Bell, 60, died Friday, Dec. 9, 2016, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Oxford First United Methodist Church, 600 Molly Barr Road, with burial to follow in the Oxford City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-6 p.m. at Serenity-Martin Funeral Home in Oxford, which is in charge of arrangements.
