OXFORD — Bobby Joe Hopper, 70, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Camp Ground Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Seven Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife Mattie Sue Hall Hopper of Oakland; daughters Connie Price and Bobbie Jo King, both of Oakland; sisters Ann Weaver Griffis of Olive Branch, Teresa Woljevach and Rhonda Price, both of Georgia; brothers Roy Hopper of Water Valley, Buddy Hopper of Southaven, Charlie Hopper of Oakland, Robert Hopper of Laurel, Gary Hopper and Chad Hopper, both of Georgia; and four grandchildren.
