OXFORD — Lela Kate Liggins, 93, died Monday, Dec. 26, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017, at 11 a.m. at East St. Peter M.B. Church, 274 County Road 215, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, Jan. 2, 2017, from 1-5 p.m. at Serenity-Martin Funeral Home in Oxford, which is in charge of arrangements.
