OXFORD — Joe Brooks Jr., 83, of Oxford, died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Tallahatchie Oxford Missionary Baptist Association Building with burial in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Viewing will be Monday, Jan. 30, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at L. Hodges Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
