Ole Miss players react to self-imposed bowl ban

The latest development in the NCAA’s investigation into Ole Miss’ football program came Wednesday when the school received an amended Notice of Allegations detailing eight new charges of rules violations in addition to the 13 the program was hit with in January 2o16.

In its attempt to be proactive in light of the new allegations, Ole Miss officials announced the team is self-imposing a bowl ban for the 2017 season. Shortly after word got out, some of Ole Miss’ players took to social media to give their reaction.

Rising senior running back Jordan Wilkins, who was ineligible last season as the result of an academic counseling snafu
