OXFORD — Barbara Anthony Phillips, 70, died Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at 3 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Seven Oaks Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Phillips, two sisters and six brothers.

She is survived by daughters Lisa Potts of Water Valley and Teresa Gaines of Anchorage, Alaska; sons William Phillips of Black Hawk and Jim Phillips of Gulfport.
