Ruby Diane Taylor Floyd was born Dec. 30, 1950, in West Point, Mississippi, to Sally Manns and Ottis Taylor. She passed away peacefully April 6, 2017, at Baptist Desoto Memorial Hospital. She resided in Harmontown with her husband, Charles Duane Floyd. She was an amazing, yet simple woman who loved her family and the country life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband Charles Duane Floyd of Harmontown; son Charles L. Floyd of Harmontown; daughter Stephanie D. Floyd Horton (Bobby Horton) of Bartlett, Tennessee; her mother Sally Manns, brother Carl Taylor, sisters Donna Haddon and Marie Jones and four grandchildren, Shelby Horton, Mitchell Horton, Christina Floyd and James T. Floyd.
