WATER VALLEY — Montroy Carothers, 66, died Saturday, April 8, 2017, at his home in Water Valley. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Seven Oaks Funeral Home with burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Water Valley. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017, from 11 a.m. until service time at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, which is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his daughter, Tina Daniels of Oxford; sisters Grace Bishop of Water Valley, Mary Watkins and Susan Bailey, both of Memphis, Tennessee; brother James Carothers; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
