BATON ROUGE, Louisiana — Felecia G. Banks, 58, died Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 21, 2017, at Tallahatchie-Oxford Missionary Baptist Association Building with burial to follow in Beverly UM Church cemetery in Oxford. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017, from 12-5 p.m. with family hour from 5-7 p.m. at L. Hodges Funeral Services in Oxford, which is in charge of arrangements.
