Peter Poremski, age 76, passed away Friday, May 26, 2017, in Nashville, Tennessee. Peter was born on June 8, 1940, in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Michael and Eva Poremski. He is survived by his wife, Bonney Markette Poremski; sons, Benjamin Poremski (Molly) of Buffalo, New York and Michael Poremski of San Antonio, Texas; brother, Joseph Poremski (Dee) of Tinton Falls, New Jersey.

Peter served in the US Air Force for eight years and received a Bronze Star for meritorious service in Vietnam. He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1963 and an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1969. Peter held marketing positions with manufacturers in the South and Midwest.

A memorial service will be held on June 1, 2017, at 10 a.m. at St. Henry’s Catholic Church, Nashville Tennessee with burial at Oxford Memorial Cemetery in Oxford, on June 2, 2017, at 10 a.m.
