Robert Earl Siedell, 76, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 2, 2017, at his home in Oxford.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Barbara Hogue Siedell; his daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Guy Summerlin; his son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Ramona Siedell; three grandchildren, Wes and Grace Summerlin, and Maris Siedell; and many other close family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Harry and Lula Mae Siedell; brother, Rodney Siedell; and son Michael Siedell.

Robert Earl was born May 26, 1941, in Jackson. He is a graduate of Pascagoula High School and the University of Mississippi where he was able to display his love for the game of baseball. His travels allowed him to play at some of the premier golf courses in the country, but his favorite nine holes remain in Pascagoula with all of his lifelong friends.

He was a loving and devoted husband and father to whom he always gave his best.

Services will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point.  Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 1 p.m.
