WATER VALLEY — Lona Mirl Harwell Hodge, 91, died Saturday, June 24, 2017, at Yalobusha General in Water Valley. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at 1 p.m. in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home with burial to follow in Old Union Cemetery in Lafayette County. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2017, from 12 noon until service time at Seven Oaks Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, William L. Hodge; sons William Eddie Hodge, Bill Hodge and Ronnie Hodge and granddaughter, Amy Hodge Wilburn.

She is survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
